Season your seafood like a true Mainer with this smoky rub. Shrimp, crab and fish all benefit from a generous sprinkle, but we also love it in chowders or stews. To use, apply the rub to lightly oiled seafood and let rest for 15 to 30 minutes. Then simply sauté, roast or grill.
