The Shortbread Shop

In the Spring of 2012, The Shortbread Shop opened their very first pastry shop in Los Angeles, CA. They had a list of confections a mile long but there was always one standout: their unique line of deliciously buttery shortbread cookies. No one was making shortbread like they were and they quickly attracted the attention of shortbread lovers everywhere. They went to work perfecting their recipes and came up with a variety of flavors they think are the perfect blend of artistry and baking. When life brought them to Nashville, they packed up the shop and brought their passion for butter cookies with them.

As a company they celebrate diversity and inclusion. They work hard to reduce the amount of waste they contribute to landfills by focusing on compostable packaging, ethically sourced ingredients and minimal food waste.
