This new line of organic, bronze-die extruded long pastas are handcrafted by Maurizio of Allemandi, a trained chef and pastaio from Piemonte. This spaghettoni is made with organic Umbrian wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. Umbrian wheat is a high-quality durum semolina with a high protein content, giving the pasta an impeccable texture. This spaghettoni is excellent dressed simply with parmigiano and butter, or in cacio e pepe, and carbonara.
