This new line of organic, bronze-die extruded long pastas are handcrafted by Maurizio of Allemandi, a trained chef and pastaio from Piemonte. This spaghetti is made with organic Umbrian wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. Umbrian wheat is a high-quality durum semolina with a high protein content, giving the pasta an impeccable texture. This spaghetti is excellent dressed simply with olive oil, garlic, and chili, as in Aglio, Olio, e Pepperoncino, or in richer sauces such as puttanesca or arrabiata.
